Origin
We work with independent producer, Pong, from Chiangmai for our coffee from Thailand. His coffees won first place in northern Thailand and second place in Thailand in their annual green coffee assessment, gaining him credibility as a coffee producer. The coffee is tasting consistently good!

Roaster's note: This is one of two coffees we have from Thailand, same coffee but different processing method. The dominant flavour we have from the washed coffee is blackcurrant. A medium roast helps to bring out this flavour note on both the filter and espresso methods.
Shelf Life & Storage
Best consumed within 60 days from roast date. Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not put in the fridge.
