Dongka is a family-run farm and washing station with over 20 years of experience in coffee production. It produces some of the most consistent speciality-grade washed coffees in the Menglian region. To ensure uniformed quality at larger volumes, modifications were made to the Dongka washing station with the help of their origin partners (Yunnan Coffee Traders).
The coffees are first pulped and then fermented for 12-18 hours. Cherries are then run through density channels before being spread out on concrete drying patios for approximately 10 days.
Shelf Life & Storage
Best consumed within 60 days from roast date. Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not put in the fridge.

Our coffee bags* are made from low density polyethylene (LDPE) and are recyclable in the blue recycling bins.
Simply empty the contents of your coffee bag and peel off the labels before recycling it.
