Jade Mountain coffee is made from the best cherries grown in Lam Dong province located in the Central Highlands region of Vietnam. This micro lot is harvested on rich volcanic mountain soil and the higher elevation of the highlands known for its optimal coffee-producing conditions. 

After harvest, Jade Mountain coffee beans undergo the wet process method, then sun-dried naturally for several hours before being mechanically dried. This ensures a perfect level of moisture within the bean, resulting in crisp and clean tasting coffee. To maintain its consistency and quality, the coffee is cupped according to strict guidelines. Coffee lots are further separated according to taste profiles with only the best profiles making it into the speciality lots.
