Mooleh Manay Estate is managed by Komal and Akshay who took over from 4th generation coffee planter, Ms. G.G. Padmashree and her family. The duo are in charge of producing high quality coffee using traditional and modern farming techniques while remaining environmentally responsible.

The plantation is located in North Coorg, on the banks of Harangi backwaters in the foothills of the Western Ghats. Coffee cherries are picked by hand before passing through a flotation tank where irregular parts are removed. The coffee is subsequently fermented in an anaerobic environment and later pulped with a waterless eco pulper. These pulped coffee then moves to the raised beds in polytunnels for drying where they are raked continuously to achieve consistent drying.

Best consumed within 60 days from roast date. Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not put in the fridge.

Simply empty the contents of your coffee bag and peel off the labels before recycling it.
