Brewer's note: This coffee reminds us of the tanginess you get from mandarin oranges and transits smoothly to a sweet lingering aftertaste. Try this coffee over different methods: espresso, filter, and even in our brew bags!


We work with independent producer, Pong, from Chiangmai for our coffee from Thailand. His coffees won first place in northern Thailand and second place in Thailand in their annual green coffee assessment, gaining him credibility as a coffee producer. The coffee is tasting consistently good!

Roaster's note: This is one of two coffees we have from Thailand, same coffee but different processing method. Please note there’s no honey added in a honey processing method! There are different levels of honey processing methods depending on the duration of fermentation, from yellow, to red, or even black honey. In this case, this coffee is considered as red honey processed.

Shelf Life & Storage

Best consumed within 60 days from roast date. Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not put in the fridge.
