Situated in Central Java, Indonesia, Pemalang is a regency where local coffee producer, Mas Didit began his journey. Originally a musician with an appreciation for quality coffee, he entered the coffee industry by partnering with a farmer in Mount Ijen, immersing himself in the intricacies of coffee processing. Following the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, Mas Didit made a return to his roots in Pemalang and founded his own processing centre. The resulting coffee stands as a testament to his unwavering commitment in producing quality beans.

Shelf Life & Storage
Best consumed within 60 days from roast date. Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Do not put in the fridge.

Simply empty the contents of your coffee bag and peel off the labels before recycling it.
