Origin
Tolima is a renowned coffee-growing region in central Colombia, nestled between the Central and Eastern Andes. With elevations ranging from 1,600 to 2,100 meters above sea level, Tolima’s diverse microclimates and volcanic soils create ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality Arabica coffee. Smallholder farmers in Tolima are known for their commitment to sustainable practices and meticulous processing, resulting in coffees celebrated for their clarity, sweetness, and vibrant acidity. The region’s remote terrain and history of resilience have fostered a strong community of growers dedicated to producing exceptional beans. For this decaf lot, the beans undergo a fully washed process before being decaffeinated using the natural sugarcane (EA) method, preserving the coffee’s distinctive flavors while offering a clean, satisfying cup.
Psst! We also have unroasted beans for single origin coffee.
