Origin

Limu Kossa lies in the green, fertile plateau of Jimma – a region where high altitude, rich volcanic soils, and natural forest combine to produce Ethiopia’s most sought-after washed lots. Farms here run from 1,750 to nearly 2,000 meters above sea level, with shade trees and abundant rainfall supporting biodiversity and slow cherry ripening. Most coffee is produced by smallholders, each handpicking ripe cherries and bringing them to a local washing station at Gera Farm for fully washed processing: careful fermentation, clean water, and slow drying on raised beds ensure clarity and brightness in the cup.

Psst! We also have unroasted beans for single origin coffee.
