The remote mountainous region of Ruvuma is located at the southernmost tip of Tanzania, bordering Mozambique to the south and Lake Nyasa and Malawi to the west. A 1,060-kilometre drive from Dar es Salaam on paved and unpaved roads takes roughly 14 hours by car. The district capital is Songea, around 50km east of AVIV estate. Production at altitude and with fertile, alluvial, loamy soils, allows for a desired slow maturation of the beans. This is the only place in Tanzania that produces enough AAA (screen 19) for full container exports.

Recycle your coffee bags
Our coffee bags* are made from low density polyethylene (LDPE) and are recyclable in the blue recycling bins.
Simply empty the contents of your coffee bag and peel off the labels before recycling it.
*Note: Applies only to 250g coffee bags.

Best consumed within 60 days from roast date.
Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Do not put in the fridge.
